Fee, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Website Development For website development services, 20% of the total project fee shall be payable as an initial payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining 80% shall be payable upon completion and delivery of the website.
2. Other Services For the following services, 100% payment is required at the time of placing the order: VPS Hosting Dedicated Servers Web Hosting Email Hosting SMS Services Reseller Hosting Domain Registration Storage Services Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) DNS Services SSL Certificates Any other related services Services for which full payment is required at the time of ordering will be activated or provisioned only after the payment has been received.
3. Refund Policy Refunds are available only for Shared Web Hosting and Email Hosting services, subject to the eligibility conditions specified in this policy. Shared Web Hosting includes: Single Domain Hosting using Hestia or cPanel Multi-Domain Hosting using Hestia or cPanel Cloud cPanel Hosting Refunds are not applicable to the following services: Reseller Hosting Services provided under the Reseller Program VPS Hosting Dedicated Servers Domain Registration SMS Services Storage Services, including Cloud Storage and Storage Box Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) DNS Services SSL Certificates Any other non-shared hosting services Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed on a pro-rata basis, after deducting the applicable 2.36% payment gateway charge, which is non-refundable. This refund policy is applicable only to services purchased within India.
4. First-Order Refund Eligibility Refund eligibility is limited to new users placing their first order. To qualify for a refund, the customer's first eligible order must be cancelled within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals, subsequent orders, or additional services purchased after the first order. Example: If a new user purchases a Shared Web Hosting service and cancels the first order within 30 days, the user may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy. However, if the same user subsequently places another order and later cancels that order, the subsequent order will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time Where a refund is applicable and approved, it may take approximately 5–7 working days to process. The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
